OUR PHILOSOPHY

By focusing on movement skills, recovery, mindset, and nutrition this gives us the edge to help our athletes to effectively reach their goals efficiently.

  • Movement Skills: developing sport-specific skills that translate to sport. Also working on life-demanding movements and improving movement qualities will help us move through our daily tasks.
  • Mindset: by fully understanding each goal it will help us to be intentional with our training plan. Mentally setting the training environment up for success. The right mindset allows you to perform at your best. You can only succeed when you have a full understanding of what it takes to get there.
  • Nutrition: is about consuming the right food and drink to fuel the body and brain, so you can function at your best. This may also include education and rebuilding a better relationship with food.
  • Recovery: learning how to manage the weekly load of stress. This will give us the ability to optimize our training days leading up to competition day.
